Scott is the part-time Executive Officer for Veterinary Schools of Australia and New Zealand (VSANZ). VSANZ comprises the heads of the eight Australasian veterinary schools, who work together to advance veterinary education and research in the region. Scott is also a member of the Melbourne Veterinary School Advisory Board.

Natarsha is an experienced content developer and deliverer of vocational and educational training (VET) in veterinary nursing, animal health and related courses.
