His roles have included clinical large animal veterinary practice, farm consultancy, veterinary pharmaceutical technical support and agricultural research & development management, as well as several directorships. Scott holds degrees in Science and Veterinary Science, a Masters in Agricultural Animal Medicine and Production and Postgraduate Diplomas in Management and Strategic Foresight. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Natarsha Williams is a veterinary professional with a diverse career spanning 25 years. She has been a small-animal and mixed-practice veterinarian in Australia and the UK, a government veterinary officer and educator in the vocational and educational training sector.
Natarsha has a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Master of Veterinary Studies from the University of Melbourne and is a Member of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists. She also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Education.
